ExploScience.com promotes active exploration of science with an emphasis on chemistry. Conceived, developed, and operated by a full time science instructor, we are continually developing new resources and activities that will enrich science education.
How do I contact you?
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact us. The most expedient way of doing this is via email. We check messages frequently throughout the day and on most weekends, and will answer your question or concern promptly.
Not an email-type individual? Please feel free to call. However, please understand that our phone may not be monitored continuously throughout the day, and you may have to leave a voice mail message. As with email, we will make every attempt to answer or return your call as soon as possible.
Where do you ship?
Demonstration kits containing chemicals are only shipped in the continental U.S. via surface mail or freight. "Bangs, Flashes, and Explosions" demonstration manual and DVD's are shipped worldwide.
When will I receive my order?
We send orders out via USPS and UPS as soon as possible. Turn around time is usually 1 day, except for Sundays. For the most part you can expect your order to arrive in 5-7 business days.
Why do you use PayPal for payment?

Your satisfaction is one of our highest priorities, and we strive to make all of our products the highest quality. We have included detailed descriptions and numerous pictures of our products so that you can clearly see exactly what you are ordering and will receive.
However, if you are dissatisfied with anything in your order, you may return it within 30 days for replacement, refund, or credit, less shipping.
Do you give out or sell any of my information?
Absolutely not. We will never forward, give, or sell any of your name, email, address, phone, or other personal numbers or information.
One reason that we use PayPal is that you can rest assured we will never see your credit card information. It is all handled by PayPal, a safe, accredited, and reliable service used by EBay and other Interned vendors.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We do accept purchase orders. When sending POs, clearly state where the shipment is to be delivered, and where we are to send the invoice to collect payment.
